This Expensive indoor pool house designed by Italian architects JM Architecture by JM Architecture via Arch Daily certainly makes the most of minimalist living. Located in Rome, the pool house, originally built in the 1960s, was ushered into the 21st century by way of a minimalist aesthetic, contemporary finishes and luxurious elements that transform this home into a five-star retreat. Each of the home’s three levels has its own different use. The basement area, reserved for relaxation and recreation, is clad in teak, with a counter-current lap pool with jets. A glass wall separates the pool from a play area without obstructing the open-concept aesthetic.

With An exterior glass wall of this house blurs the indoor / outdoor boundary, while eliminating that “basement” feeling with a below-grade space that’s soaked in gentle daylight and offers outdoor views. The minimalist interiors extend beyond the chic pool and spa, and into the remainder of the house. The main floor is designed for living and entertaining, complete with a kitchen, living room, dining room, family room and study. Every room on this level offers direct access to the outdoors. A sheltered outdoor entertaining area just outside the living room extends the home’s living space into nature. Upstairs, private bedrooms with adjoining walk-in closets and bathrooms offer a private luxury retreat. Throughout the home, teak, Canadian maple and bamboo are warm against the cool, contemporary white backdrop.

Ini kolam renang dalam ruangan rumah mewah yang dirancang oleh arsitek Italia Arsitektur JM tentu membuat sebagian besar hidup minimalis. Terletak di Roma, rumah kolam renang, awalnya dibangun pada tahun 1960, diantar ke abad 21 dengan cara estetika minimalis, kontemporer dan elemen selesai mewah yang mengubah rumah ini menjadi retret lima-bintang. Masing-masing dari tiga rumah itu telah menggunakan sendiri tingkat yang berbeda. Area basement, disediakan untuk relaksasi dan rekreasi, yang berpakaian jati, dengan kolam putar kontra-saat ini dengan jet.

Sebuah dinding kaca memisahkan kolam dari area bermain tanpa menghalangi estetika berkonsep terbuka.
